Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us. We're happy to bring you a relaxing and professional spa experience. A few reminders: * Payments At the moment all services are paid in person at your appointment either in cash or Zelle. No cards accepted. * Cancellation & Same Day Changes If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will incur a 30% service charge. *Travel Fees Travel fees apply per therapist and are the client's responsibility, even if cancelled the same day. * Safety The safety and well-being of our therapist is a top priority. Services may be provided at personal residences, hotels, villas or Airbnb properties but the environment must be safe respectful an appropriate for professional spa treatments. Therapist reserved the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the location or behavior of individuals present is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. In such cases, the appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged for the full cost of the treatment and travel fees.
